Ordering process was easy and precise, with good supporting instructions. Great range of choice. I particularly like the option to order cloth samples for future orders.
The shirt when it arrived was of excellent quality and fit very well, with one minor exception -- the sleeves were a bit too tight

Experience stayed great even if order went missing
Ordered quite often, always went well, also nice that you can order samples of the fabrics and buttons. Last order went missing but Florian really stayed in touch and sorted it out. Great to see they stay great even if something happens.

Reasonable shipping time with updates during the manufacturing.
The shirt ended up being to tight in the neck, I got in touch and they were fast and friendly and offered a new shirt with adjusted measurements!
