Which garments are covered?

The guarantee applies to your first made-to-measure garment in each product category, excluding suits. It does not apply to ready-to-wear products or B2B orders.

Do I need to return the original garment?

No. You can keep the garment or give it to charity. Our fit experts will explain what they need from you to assess the fit. Make sure to keep the garment until the fitting process is complete.

Anything to keep in mind before sending my request?

Before submitting your request, please wash the garment once according to the care instructions. Most of our fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but some materials may include a shrinkage allowance. Washing allows the fabric to soften, settle and achieve its intended feel and fit. We will need two photos of you wearing the garment - one from the front and one from the back, so that we can assess the fit and make the right adjustments.

How do I request a remake?

Sign in, open your order history and use Request remake for the relevant garment. You can also contact Customer Service if you need help.

How does the guarantee work for suits?

Made-to-measure suits use a fitting garment to refine the fit and optimize your measurements before the final suit is tailored.
