Our REMAKE GUARANTEE makes it easy to go made-to-measure.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the fit of your first made-to-measure garment we will help you find your fit. In which case we will optimize your measurements and order you a replacement garment completely free of charge.

Our “Request remake” feature is easily accessible in your order history when logged on to your customer account.

Our remake guarantee is valid one time per customer and garment type, with the exception of made-to-measure suits.

When ordering made-to-measure suits, the fitting and optimization of measurements are made through a fitting garment, which is sent to you before we start the tailoring process.

Great service

I made a mistake with my measurements when ordering a shacket and reached out to customer support. They replaced it free of charge and didn't ask me to send the original back. I honestly wasn't expecting that. Great company, great service.
