Our REMAKE GUARANTEE makes it easy to go made-to-measure.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the fit of your first made-to-measure garment we will help you find your fit. In which case we will optimize your measurements and order you a replacement garment completely free of charge.

Our “Request remake” feature is easily accessible in your order history when logged on to your customer account.

Our remake guarantee is valid one time per customer and garment type, with the exception of made-to-measure suits.

When ordering made-to-measure suits, the fitting and optimization of measurements are made through a fitting garment, which is sent to you before we start the tailoring process.

tailor store is amazing. the shirts are great quality, fit perfectly, and their customer service is always here to help. been a customer for years and they never disappoint. if you need custom shirts just go with these guys, you won't regret it. highly recommend 👍

Best value tailored shirts

Fit and finish were exemplary as always. The shirting fabrics are always great quality (much better than the likes of Charles Tyrwhitt or Hawes and Curtis) and in line with the best on Jermyn Street (think Turnbull and Asser). I know from experience that the shirts last and stand up to hard wearing.

A superservice, especially for people with special needs!
