"Trust me everyone, I have never seen any company who is so customer focussed!! I never used to get a fit from store bought clothes to my likings and as a matter of fact I have tried many reputed brands. I found TS website via FB and thought of giving it a go. Ordered my first dress shirt, loved the quality of the cotton, perfect etc. Ordered couple more with little refinements in the measurements. Result was brilliant. I used the same measurements to order a Polo not realising that same measurements won't work. Product I got was absolutely unexpected (It was completely my mistake), I contacted customer care and shared what went wrong and they sent me a new Polo with corrected measurements (No cross questions were asked). New one fits spot on and again fabric quality is great too!! Worth every penny! I will definitely continue to buy from Tailor Store!"
