Our REMAKE GUARANTEE makes it easy to go made-to-measure.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the fit of your first made-to-measure garment, we will help you find the right fit. We’ll then adjust your measurements and order a replacement garment free of charge.

Our “Request remake” feature is easily accessible in your order history when logged on to your customer account.

Our remake guarantee is valid one time per customer and garment type, with the exception of made-to-measure suits.

When ordering a made-to-measure suit, the fit is refined with the help of a fitting garment that is sent to you before we begin tailoring your suit.
